Once again this year, the fair has rewarded the know-how and craftsmanship through several competitions. Monday, February 28 was held the 3rd edition of the Contest « One of the Best Crémier-Fromager Apprentices of France» , organized by the Fédération des Fromagers de France, under the aegis of the Société nationale des Meilleurs Ouvriers de France. This competition aims to reward young cheese makers in the making and to highlight the importance of the know-how transmission.

JULIE VICTOR, FROMAGERIE DES 5 - PARIS (75)
"My name is Julie, I am 16 years old and I am in CAP and alternating within the Fromagerie des 5, Paris 5th. I entered this contest because I love my job and I wanted to know how far my skills went. It is a personal satisfaction, also for my boss and my loved ones. I am very happy", explains Julie Victor.
