Fromagerie Rouzaire is a regular exhibitor at the Cheese and Dairy Product Show. The next edition will be held from June 7 to 9 in Paris - Porte de Versailles. Today, we meet Philippe Bertin, general manager of Fromagerie Rouzaire.

Can you tell us a little about your cheese dairy?

Fromagerie Rouzaire has been a family business for 3 generations, an adventure that continues today with Marc and Claudine Rouzaire. We're located in Tournan-en-Brie, in the Seine-et-Marne region, and we manufacture and refine Brie de Meaux, Brie de Melun, Brie de Nangis, Brillat-Savarin, Coulommiers and Fougerus cheeses, as well as specialties such as truffle, Meaux mustard and orange liqueur cheeses. For many years, we have been exporting our products, which can now be found all over the world.

You are a regular exhibitor at the show. Why have you chosen to participate again in 2026?

We decided to return to reaffirm our status as a 100% family-owned company, but also to explain my arrival, which allows Marc and Claudine to take a step back.

What products and offers would you like to present at this 2026 edition?

We're staying very traditional, so we'll continue to showcase our expertise across our entire range. We also hope to introduce a new flavour for our filled cheeses.

Does your company have a CSR policy?

CSR is obviously one of our core concerns. We play an active role in the PDO and PGI syndicates for our products, to commit our company to the sustainability of dairy production and our cheeses. And all our investments now take this CSR approach into account.

Thanks to Fromagerie Rouzaire for this exchange, we look forward to seeing them at the show from 7 to 9 2026! We'll be introducing you to other exhibitors shortly.
