A programme that combines tradition and innovation

- Coup de Cœur competition: an exceptional jury meets ahead of the show to select the best products presented by exhibitors.
- Lyre d'Or competition: Returning for its 9th edition! Organised by the Union des Fromagers d'Ile de France, it rewards the best dairy and cheese maker who creates the most beautiful cheese platter on a given theme.
- Grilled Cheese Challenge: Grilled cheese, this American delicacy took the show by storm in 2024 and will be back in 2026. This challenge, co-created with François Robin, will bring together candidates in a series of knockout battles.
- Agora des Experts: a venue for conferences and tasting workshops exploring trends in the sector.
