It's a great opportunity for cheese lovers from Jura to learn more about the history of this family-run cheesemaker, established in Pontarlier since 1961, and especially about the methods used, season after season, to produce the cheeses that have earned the brand its reputation: Mont d’Or (PDO), Comté (PDO), Morbier (PDO), and Cancoillote (PGI).
